Slick has what seems to be never-ending energy. He's always moving, always doing something and never seems to relax. This energy and restlessness, if not properly managed, results in bad habits such as cribbing or kicking at the stall door. Even with proper management their is little escaping the mischievous escapades of this colt - if he can do something he shouldn't then he probably will do it just for fun.
It isn't all negatives with this colt though - he's alert and responsive both in training and on the track, a quick learner with the motivation to please. Once he is focused on a task, he will figure out what it is you want him to do.
Slick is not exactly the most eager when it comes to forming bonds. He can be hesitant of new people, wary of working with them, but once he trusts them the bonds he forms are strong. If he favors a particular person it is very clear, as he will show a tendency to drift toward them and away from others.

Bazinga has a beautiful clean break and a good pace from the beginning of a race. He runs best if placed behind one or two other horses with the majority of the field behind him. For most of the race, Bazinga will hang back behind the leaders although his pace starts to pick up around half way through the race. He has the heart of a champion and in the stretch is a real powerhouse - as long as he doesn't get too far ahead he will just keep fighting for the win.
